I was left a beautiful Dinner set (Old Country Roses, Royal Albert, when my Mum passed away, The tea pot makes a lovely pot of tea, and of course drinking from fine china is always adorable.
I made the apron too - can never have too many aprons!
Oh Melinda I am so lucky I have the entire set of six Large plates, 6 small plates, 6 soup bowls (or are they dessert bowls? - they have two handles), Meat plate, tea/sugar bowl, pepper& salt shaker, egg cups, cake plate, and of course tea pot! wow something I sure would have never afforded. My mum collected it over many years and I sure take good care of it. Thank you for stopping by. :)
Hi Sylbie, lovely to hear from you, I love making aprons, and when I saw this material I couldn't resist it, good luck with your apron, will you post a photo for me to see? Regards Judy
Lucky you. Your mum had good taste, I'd say. I've only got 1 cup/saucer/plate set.
