I found this panel at Spotlight and just sewed it over the top of a cot quilt, it has brightened up an old but still good quilt and looks nice and bright for my new grand-daughter.

quick and easy quilt top
I found this panel at Spotlight and just sewed it over the top of a cot quilt, it has brightened up an old but still good quilt and looks nice and bright for my new grand-daughter.
